Page Candlerin her south kentucky studio, page candler takes slabs of clay, cuts shapes freehand and builds a variety of functional and decorative art. she then pinches the facial features into the vase, each one with a unique personality. grouped together, the vases make a rather interesting statement.

Oh, my goodness -- DO be sure to click onto Page's website to look at her other work. It does what art is supposed to do -- give you a funny feeling in the heart and solar plexus, want to see much much more ... thanks for this.
